Clementine
Nearly fifty crates of fresh and juicy clementines were delivered to us, an emblematic fruit of our beautiful region. Each processing step has been carefully carried out to capture the unique essence of these citrus fruits.
Manufacturing
After zesting the clementines, their zest was directly immersed in our vats to release their rich and subtle aromas. Once this first step was completed, the fruits were pressed to extract a pure and intense juice. The latter was added to the vat to further enhance our liqueur.
