Mr Manera and Mr Casteau share their agricultural know-how and experience during the harvest, it is a friendly moment at each meeting. Our production, entirely artisanal, is distinguished by the passion we invest to reveal the nature of lemon in its entirety, giving birth to a liqueur with unique taste.
The lemon zest and freshly squeezed juice combine perfectly with alcohol during maceration in a vat. A simple recipe made with sugar, fruit and alcohol. However, it differs from other Limoncellos by the use of lemon juice in the elaboration, which allows to reveal all the nuances of the lemon.
We are driven by the idea of creating a liqueur whose taste reflects the intensity and natural aroma of the fruit. Each step of production, carefully orchestrated, converges towards a single goal: to offer our customers an unforgettable taste experience.
