Soleia Nice is an artisanal liqueur manufacture that was created on account of the quality of fruit from this region. Our mission, to create liqueurs that embody the natural flavour of this excellent fruit and nothing else. They are characterized by their full body and the intensity of the natural fruit flavour.

The quality of the liqueur lies in the organic fruits grown on this terroir and its 300 days of sunshine a year. It should be noted that the fruit, the result of nature alone, is grown without fertilizer or any artificial treatment in its natural habitat.

The fruit is put into vats immediately at harvest in order to infuse the perfume into the alcohol. The process is designed to reveal this flavour in its totality at the moment of tasting. The alcohol level remains around 36% in order to preserve and convey this fragrance.

Soleia Nice liqueurs can be taken alone as a digestif, and on account the intensity of their flavour, lend themselves to the elaboration of cocktails and spritz.
